At low levels of Katrina exposure, the G allele (minor allele) was associated with lower PTG (indicating less PTG). However, at moderate and high exposure, the G allele was associated with higher PTG scores (indicating more PTG; refer to Figure 1). This result withstood correction for multiple testing.
